Planning Applications
Planning Applications are normally discussed by the Parish Council which meets approximately every six weeks. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting - this is available online as well as on the three noticeboards within the village.
Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the town, the controlling authority is the Yorkshire Dales National Park who consider the council's comments.
